The moth is a large Axis Attack Ship and Raider, often used for initial forays into new planets. In keeping with Axizian tradition, it is outfitted with its own super weapon, and witnesses to its power say it can level a city within minutes. The Ta'Elans show little fear of the Moth, but they do admit that without their Hornets, they would have a hard time fighting it.
